POLICIES

Admission

The House operates by application. You do not purchase services directly. You submit an application, provide the information requested, and wait for a decision. Most applications are declined. Those accepted receive instructions for next steps.

Selectivity exists because this work requires genuine fit. The methods are demanding, the disclosures are intimate, and the commitment is substantial. Accepting someone unsuited for the work wastes their resources and my attention. The application process identifies those capable of benefiting from governance and filters those who are not.

Acceptance to one level of work does not guarantee progression to the next. The Foundation Assessment is available to those accepted through application. Structured programs require demonstrated readiness. Private Governance is offered only to those who have proven sustained capacity for the work over months of engagement.

Fees and Payment

All fees are published and non-negotiable. Attempting to bargain on price, timing, or terms signals unsuitability and ends the conversation.

Payment is due according to the schedule provided at booking. Foundation Assessments and program fees are paid in full before work begins. Private Governance requires quarterly payment in advance. Late payment results in suspension of services until the balance is resolved.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. You are paying for access to my time, judgment, and methodology. If you fail to complete the work, miss scheduled sessions, or choose to discontinue, you have funded your own lesson. Chargebacks result in permanent removal and documentation.

Payment plans do not exist. If the fee creates financial strain, the timing is not right for this work.

Confidentiality

The disclosures required in this work are deeply personal. You will share information about your patterns, failures, relationships, sexuality, finances, and psychology that you have likely never shared with anyone. This information is held in strict confidence and used solely to design effective governance.

I do not discuss clients, reference specific cases publicly, or share identifying information under any circumstances. Your privacy is foundational to the trust this work requires.

The same expectation applies to you. You do not discuss your work with the House on social media, in online forums, in podcasts, or in public contexts. You do not post about your progress, hint at your participation, or use this work to signal sophistication or status. The work is private because privacy protects its integrity. If you cannot maintain discretion, you are not suited for admission.

You may discuss this work with a therapist, physician, or attorney when professional consultation is warranted. You may share with a partner if relationship transparency requires it. These exceptions exist because they serve your wellbeing, not because they create opportunities for public disclosure.

Communication

Communication occurs through designated channels and within defined windows. You will receive clear instructions about how and when to submit required materials, ask questions, and schedule sessions. Outside of those parameters, I am not available for ongoing conversation.

This boundary exists because governance requires structure, and structure requires limits. Unlimited access creates dependency rather than self-governance. The goal is to build your capacity to function without constant oversight, which means access is intentionally constrained.

Questions submitted through proper channels receive responses within a reasonable timeframe. Urgent matters are addressed according to their genuine urgency, not according to your anxiety about them. Learning to tolerate the space between question and answer is part of the work.

Commitment and Expectations

This work demands genuine commitment. You will be asked to disclose uncomfortable truths, follow directives that challenge your preferences, and maintain standards when motivation fails. The structure works because it refuses your excuses, which means you must be prepared to have your excuses refused.

Programs have defined durations and requirements. The Severance runs six weeks with daily accountability. Erotic Initiation runs six weeks with weekly assignments and proof requirements. Private Governance operates on quarterly cycles with intensive ongoing oversight. You agree to the full commitment when you begin. Partial participation produces partial results.

Sobriety is expected during sessions and for any communication involving sensitive disclosures or decision-making. Arriving intoxicated to a session, or sending messages while impaired, undermines the work and may result in termination.

Fit and Removal

Some people discover during the work that they are not suited for it. The structure feels too demanding, the disclosures too vulnerable, the accountability too relentless. This is useful information. Recognizing poor fit early preserves resources for both parties.

If I determine that you are not benefiting from the work, that your psychology requires clinical intervention beyond my scope, or that your behavior demonstrates unsuitability, I will end the engagement. This decision is mine to make and is not subject to appeal. Fees already paid are not refunded.

Certain behaviors result in immediate removal: dishonesty about compliance or circumstances, boundary violations, harassment, illegal requests, attempts to record sessions or communications, breaches of confidentiality policies, or any conduct that demonstrates you cannot be trusted within this structure. Removal in these cases is permanent.

The House serves those capable of being governed. If you prove incapable, you are released to find solutions better suited to your situation.

Scope of Services

I provide behavioral governance informed by principles of psychology, behavioral science, and structured accountability. This work produces meaningful change for those who engage with it fully.

I am not a licensed therapist, physician, or attorney. The House does not provide therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel. If you require clinical mental health treatment, medical care, or legal guidance, you are responsible for obtaining those services from appropriately licensed professionals. I may recommend that you seek such services as part of your governance, but I do not provide them.

This work is appropriate for individuals with baseline psychological stability who are seeking structure and accountability, not crisis intervention. If you are experiencing acute mental health symptoms, active addiction requiring medical supervision, or circumstances that require clinical care, address those needs before applying.

Amendments

These policies may be updated as the House evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued participation following notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
