The Foundation Assessment
This is your entry point to Governance, and where you find out what is actually wrong.
Not what you think is wrong, not the story you have been telling yourself about why things are the way they are, but what is structurally broken in the architecture of your life. Most people have never been assessed with this level of depth and honesty by someone with this particular combination of expertise.
What you receive is an evaluation unlike anything a therapist or coach could produce because it is the antithesis of their business model to go to these levels of brutal honesty.
The assessment consists of seven days of intensive assignments designed to reveal your patterns under pressure, to expose where your discipline actually lives versus where you claim it lives, to show you what happens when you are pushed past the comfortable boundary of your usual routines. These are not questionnaires. These are tests, and they are often uncomfortable.
You track your behavior with specificity you have never applied before. You complete exercises that force you to confront aspects of yourself you have been avoiding. You document patterns in real time, not from memory, not through the filter of how you wish you had behaved, but as they actually occur. By the end of the week, you have generated data about yourself that cannot be argued with, that strips away every comfortable explanation you have been using to avoid seeing what is actually there.
I review everything you submit. Then we meet, and I tell you what I see.
This is not a conversation where I ask how you feel about things or what you think might be helpful. This is a technical analysis of your life delivered by someone who has spent years studying how humans actually function versus how they think they function, who can identify in your diagnostic the exact points where your system is failing, what built it that way, and what needs to change. I tell you things about yourself that no one has said to you before, not because they did not see it, but because they were too polite or too invested in preserving the relationship to risk being that honest.
What you receive is a comprehensive protocol designed specifically for your wiring, your patterns, your particular brand of dysfunction, not general advice or principles you have to figure out how to apply. You receive a system specifically targeted at your weaknesses, with a governance framework targeted at your specific psychology, your sources of shame and pride, your darkest fears as the guiding force framing change as the only option. Most people describe it as the first time ever they’ve truly seen themselves in the mirror, and most don’t like what they see.
This document is the blueprint for your transformation. Many people execute it independently and never need additional support. Others recognize that they need structured intervention to implement what the assessment revealed. If that is true for you, I will tell you that directly and recommend your next step. But the assessment itself is complete. You walk away with everything you need to know about what is broken, how to fix it, and what the alternatives are if you don’t.
You also walk away uncomfortable, because you have been seen in ways you are not accustomed to being seen, have heard things about yourself that are difficult to hear, have had the gap between your self-perception and your actual behavior made undeniable. That discomfort is the beginning of change.
To undertake the Foundation assessment, you must be willing to:
Track concrete data about how you actually live for seven days, not how you think you live or wish you lived
Answer questions about things you are ashamed of, including sexuality, failures, and compulsions
Be honest in ways that make you uncomfortable, without softening or explaining away your patterns
Complete a detailed application that will take 20-30 minutes of thoughtful answers
Attend a ninety-minute session that will be more confronting than any conversation you have had about yourself
Accept that the diagnostic may reveal you need preparatory work before continuing to advanced programs
Prerequisites:
Time commitment:
7 days of diagnostic work (30-60 minutes per day)
90-minute session with Seraphine
Total timeframe: 2-3 weeks from acceptance to completion
Cost: $2500
